Longfellow Community Council's Sustainable Homes Workshop Series
Are you looking for ways to make your urban residence "greener"? Do you have plans for remodeling or installing renewable energy sources? Maybe you'd just like to decrease your utility bills? If so, we encourage you to take in these free workshops featuring expert presenters with a focus on the Longfellow community. Find out more about winterizing your home, low cost energy efficiency strategies, green remodeling, renewable energy choices, and options for financing such home improvement projects. An array of exhibitors will round out the events' focus on the house itself. Watch for another workshop series next spring on more sustainable choices for your yard and garden.
Light refreshments provided. ALL are welcome! Longfellow residents are eligible for energy- & water-saving door prizes!
